A good option amongst many but keep in mind the server would still need to generate said chunks so either you'd need to pregenerate the server before playing it for a whole day or two for satisfactory chunks generated

Or keep it going slow with limitations while playing it but will in any case cause more server strain eitgher a lot for a small time or a bit perpetually

Could add if not already some mods for mo re optimised server generation

like Lithium or c2me
